The Diani Beach stretches along Kenya’s southern coast in Kwale County, seventeen kilometers of powder-white sand fringed by palm trees and a protected coral reef. Consistently ranked among Africa’s best beaches, it offers a striking contrast to the country’s inland safari parks.
Beyond its beauty, Diani is a hub for water sports and marine life, from diving and snorkeling on the reef to dolphin watching and kite surfing. Nearby forest reserves add rare wildlife encounters, including colobus monkeys found in few other places on Earth.
Park entry fees, opening hours and current conservation regulations are published by the Kenya Wildlife Service.
